Services
Everything between “it’s finished” and “it’s out”
Six services that together make up our publishing work. Studios can use them all as a full publishing partnership, or choose the parts they need.
Game publishing for independent studios
We take on suitable titles from small teams and handle the business side of bringing them to players.
Many independent studios can build a great game but have little time left for contracts, release planning and the many small tasks that come with putting a product on sale. We step in as the publisher: we agree a clear scope with the studio, put a release plan in writing and coordinate the work needed to get the game in front of players.
Every agreement is set out in a written contract before any work starts, so both sides know who owns what, who is responsible for which tasks and how revenue is shared.

Digital release and storefront management
Store pages, builds, age ratings and release settings prepared and kept in order on digital storefronts.
A digital release involves store page text, screenshots, trailers, system requirements, age rating questionnaires, pricing regions and build uploads. We prepare and check these items and manage the release on the PC and console storefronts that suit the game.
After launch we keep store pages accurate, publish patch notes and keep the listing in line with the platform holders’ rules.
- Store page copy and assets
- Age rating submissions
- Build and update uploads
Quality assurance and release testing
Structured test passes before release so known issues are found, logged and prioritised in time.
Before a game goes on sale it should run reliably on the hardware and settings players actually use. We organise test passes, write clear bug reports that developers can act on and track fixes until the release build is signed off.
Where a platform has its own technical requirements, we review the build against the relevant checklist before submission.
- Test plans and bug reports
- Release candidate sign-off
- Platform requirement checks
Localisation coordination
Text, interface and store pages prepared for players in other languages, with consistent terminology.
Reaching players outside your home market usually means translating in-game text, the interface and the store page. We prepare the text for translation, coordinate translators, keep a shared glossary so names and terms stay consistent and check the translated build for cut-off or overlapping text.
- Text export and glossary
- Translator coordination
- In-game language checks
Launch marketing and community
Announcements, trailers, press kits and community channels planned around the release date.
Players need to hear about a game before they can buy it. We plan the announcement, trailer and demo moments around the release date, prepare a press kit and help the studio run its community channels in a friendly, honest way.
We do not buy fake reviews, wishlists or followers, and we never promise sales figures.

- Press kit and trailer brief

Post-launch updates and player support
Patches, content updates and player support for the titles we publish.
Release day is the start, not the end. We schedule patches and content updates with the studio, and collect player feedback. When we publish a game, we provide player support for that title by email.
Player support covers only titles we publish. We do not provide technical support for hardware, operating systems or software made by other companies.

- Player feedback summaries
- Player support by email
